Actually, unless the 2100 is different, 9600,N,8,1 and the PC/terminal should
be DTE (no null needed). Cisco hubs might be different (never worked with'em).
Cisco also uses a rollover cable for the console (pins 12345678 to pins
87654321) and a custom DB9 hood.
