Those of you looking for a cheap keyboard might want to look at the 
Creative Labs Blasterkey. Now it certainly ain't a pro device and it 
has some flaws but overall I think it's a great device. 49 keys with a 
decent feel, velocity sensitive. Small little keyboard and no power 
brick needed cause it gets power from midi. It has no internal synth, 
only midi out. Best part is that it's $100 shipped with decent software 
and a computer midi cable. Dunno if this would work for anyone but it 
might be worth looking into,
