[geeks] Introductions (was Re: Etiquette)

Uh-oh - Amy, did he try to give you one of those "picture books" where the
folks in the pictures look like they are playing naked  twister, but they
forgot to put down the mat, and the spinner was spun by someone in the
middle east a *very* long time ago? ;^)

Or, is he upset that your list didn't include the coffee he bought you at
the book store? ;^)

On a different tack - I had a real "Dad moment" today - near me there was a
large (500 +/- cars) classic/custom car show that we wanted to go to...
Well, we got there late, and my son fell asleep in the car and couldn't be
woken up for dinner (McD - his choice, ugh), so I carried him from the
parking lot to the show (4 blocks).

We get there, he starts twitching, saying things like "look daddy, that is
sooo coool", when I realize my chest is getting warm - needless to say, my
shirt and his pants had corresponding stains.

We stayed for another 30 minutes - was that wrong? ;^)

(well, we drove an hour to get there, and it was an hour back (natch) home)
