Nick pondered:
> Do CS majors count? They seem to easiloy qualify for very strict
> christian values in general... Not much sex, no parties, minimal drinking,
Involuntary celibacy and lack of debauchery doesn't count... I
dunno about you, but I still lusted after the cheerleaders who
literaly wouldn't give me the time of day. The things I thought
of were probably illegal in 40 sem-odd states. Ahhh... That was
both high school and college. [ The sole year I was a MIS/CS
double-major. ]
Who here doesn't have some kind of RAID array filled with porn
of some sort... OK, scratch that *laugh* Who hasn't screened
anime? (and I'm talking more along the lines of "Cowboy Bebop"
and "Cool Devices," not "Sailor Moon" and "Dragonball Z")
Although, I didn't see that stuff until after college.
So, the sweeping generalization is that CS geeks are very
Christian. This is because visably to the rest of the planet
we're dweebs-- we sit around in front of computers, playing
with crap like battlebots and mindstorms and playstations
and... well you get the idea.
In reality we're just a bunch of honry people <@:&)
