On a whim, I downloaded a copy of Chipmunk BASIC for
SunOS/Solaris, and boy, is it fast!

All I did was go to google, enter "basic solaris
interpreter" and it was the first link. Down at the
end of the page there is a link to download the
software. It is about 250K, including a large man
file.

It only took me about 10 seconds to get into trouble:

10 print "Hello...";
20 goto 10

(I could not interrupt  the loop, had to terminate the
session!)

Fun - brings back memories...
