[geeks] Rackmounting an Axil 320

I have an Axil 320 that I've decided to rackmount.  The easiest way 
to do this would be get a shelf and just stick it up there, but the 
only shelves I have would waste about 3u of rackspace on top of the 
1.5u the axil would take.  Has anybody seen a kit or something that I 
could use to mount this thing on a 19" rack without a shelf?  I've 
seen this done with B&W G3s and later and the axil is the right width.
