I can tell you form experience that Exodus' center in the silicon valleyish
area sucks. how about THIS problem, their JANITOR was in the datacenter
and managed to pull out the power plugs on about 2 dozen machines :( then
they tried claiming that our machines were obviously fried, when we FLEW
someone down there to diagnose the machines they discovered that the
machines had been unplugged and finally Exodus admitted that their janitor
had been into the datacenter (MOPPING NONE THE LESS) and we were lucky,
there were machines that had gotten mopwater slopped into them :( and
fried.... they shuold have fessed up (heck they should have noticed the
pulled plugs right off...)
