[geeks] PCI-based alpha recommendations?

Anybody have a recommendation for the cheapest "moderm" (e.g.,
PCI-based) Alpha that I can that get has decent (e.g., 24-bit)
graphics and that I can run AlphaLinux *or* VMS on?  Speed not
really a problem, I just want something better than TurboChannel..
