I took today as a vacation, due to having my christmas vacation 
throttled and then having to be the ONLY person on duty last week.

I get out of bed around 9am.  I spend 30 minutes in the shower thawing
out (wow, 37F outside.  wait a minute, this is texas...)

I limp into my computer room, start checking email.  Five minutes
later I get one from Someone At Work(tm).  "<system> is down, can you
look int it?"

So, I haul my sorry ass to work, reboot the box, and all is well.

Before I can escape, my boss sends me another email, "oh, please reboot
<other box> while you're at it.."
