Unwrapped is what my family did.   My wife's family wrapped.   For our 2 
1/2 year old, this year we plan on not wrapping the big things,(Rocking 
horse) and the stocking stuffers, but still not sure about the other 
presents.

Everything from us & grand parents is wrapped of course!
