Okay, another interesting topic.

My arthritis (yes, I'm only 27), old injuries, and
such are flaring up again.  I spent most of the day 
Sunday cursing myself for hauling a SunBlade 1000 about
50 yards through pouring rain, and pulling every muscle
I didnt remember I had...  then today, around 2pm, my
neck basically locked up (I cant get it to "pop"), and
is making life a living hell..

In any case.. anybody have suggestions for better 
over-the-counter painkillers than Excedrin Migraine?
