It is a contract, but how do you know it is a legal one?  First, is the
seller over 18?  Second, it isn't really a legal contract until electronic
signitures start holding up in court.  And if the courts/congress end up 
doing electronic signatures like the FDA does, then ebay is far from being
legally binding.
