[geeks] PCI ultra 1 on ebay

The buy-it-now price was $750, the reserve price was *about* $250 I guess, based on the bidding I saw this morning.

I think you need to keep in mind how much of a premium you are willing to pay for an Ultra 1-class machine with PCI slots... Wouldn't you rather snatch up one of those low-cost Ultra 2's coming on the market now? ("Wink-wink, nudge-nudge, know what I mean?")

My guess is that the price will exceed the buy-it-now price of $750, the thinking being that there are people out there that will pay a $200+ premium for that coolness over the average street value of an Ultra 1/170e...
