The riser will be expesive/hard to find I suspect.

One use for that MB would be as a "moniputer" - see www.tigerdirect.com has/had a 17" color monitor that will ingest an LPX MB/riser and make a faster ELC-like machine.

Then it's definately LPX, as it's a P200MMX and has an AT-like power
connection.

Now to find if it can either run without a riser or if it can run with a
much shorter riser (only need one slot).  The current riser is much to
tall.
