Produce RPM of optimized CLucene libraries for Linux RH9.
Write documentation in CLucene.pm.
More testing.

Improve CLucene so it compiles on earlier RedHat and other versions of Linux.
Rewrite Makefile/perl to use h2xs and ExtUtils::MakeMaker so it compiles on
a wider range of platforms.
